Abstract Submission
Submission Guidelines
- All abstracts and posters must be written in English.
- Trials in progress are welcomed as abstracts describing ongoing research protocols or completed trials ready for publication.
- Abstracts must be valid of no more than two years.

Upload via Online Portal (Max 360 words) including:
- Title of Abstract
- Names & contact details of author(s) with presenter underlined & 3-line bio
- Clear Headings: Background, Methods, Results & Discussion
- Evidence of ethical approval & funding acknowledgements if applicable
- Submission Deadline: October 25th, 2026.
- Upon committee acceptance, posters must be submitted within 5 days.
Poster Specifications
- Standard poster size: 2500 x 3500 px vertical layout.
- Poster orientation must be in portrait layout with clear section labels.
- Text size must be easily readable from 1.5 meters (font size between 16-20).
- Title, author names, institution, and country must be clearly displayed at the top.
- Virtual presentation option available upon special request.
Terms & Conditions
- The scientific committee holds final decision on acceptance & scheduling.
- Must indicate if material was previously published or awarded.
- Previously published abstracts in our review courses will not be accepted.
- Presenters must register within 1 week of abstract acceptance.
- Certificate of appreciation awarded to all presenters.
